As regras para o desenvolvimento de complementos do GNOME Shell foram adicionadas com um novo item que pro\u00edbe a publica\u00e7\u00e3o de complementos gerados por ferramentas de IA. O projeto n\u00e3o aceitar\u00e1 mais complementos que apresentem caracter\u00edsticas de uso de IA para gerar c\u00f3digo, como inser\u00e7\u00f5es sem sentido no c\u00f3digo, inconsist\u00eancia de estilo, uso for\u00e7ado de APIs e coment\u00e1rios com sugest\u00f5es para IA. <\/p>\n

A raz\u00e3o para a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de novos requisitos foram os recentes casos de publica\u00e7\u00e3o de complementos com c\u00f3digo lixo n\u00e3o processado que, nos \u00faltimos dois meses, t\u00eam exigido muito tempo das pessoas que revisam os complementos. Em alguns casos, tentativas de esclarecer quest\u00f5es levantadas durante a revis\u00e3o destes complementos resultaram no envio de respostas pelos autores, tamb\u00e9m geradas por IA. <\/p>\n
