O IncidentRelay 1.1 \u00e9 marcado como a primeira vers\u00e3o est\u00e1vel (a ramifica\u00e7\u00e3o 1.0 tinha status de vers\u00e3o beta). O projeto \u00e9 voltado para equipes de SRE, DevOps e infraestrutura que necessitam de uma alternativa local para servi\u00e7os SaaS de gest\u00e3o de turnos (on-call management), aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas de escalonamento e resposta a incidentes. O c\u00f3digo do projeto \u00e9 escrito em Python e \u00e9 distribu\u00eddo sob a licen\u00e7a MIT.    <\/p>\n<p>O IncidentRelay aceita eventos de sistemas de monitoramento, correlaciona-os com o servi\u00e7o, equipe e rota\u00e7\u00e3o, e depois entrega as notifica\u00e7\u00f5es aos atendentes respons\u00e1veis ou equipes. O sistema implementa cronogramas de turnos, rota\u00e7\u00f5es, redefini\u00e7\u00f5es de turnos, confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de recebimento de incidentes, estados ACK\/Resolve, lembretes, escalonamentos, substitui\u00e7\u00f5es tempor\u00e1rias de atendentes, determina\u00e7\u00e3o de hor\u00e1rios de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o programada e supress\u00e3o de alertas ruidosos.    <\/p>\n<p>A principal vantagem do projeto \u00e9 o controle total sobre a infraestrutura e a l\u00f3gica de roteamento. O IncidentRelay \u00e9 implantado em seu pr\u00f3prio ambiente, opera com seu pr\u00f3prio banco de dados e permite separar claramente os caminhos de entrada, comandos, rota\u00e7\u00f5es e canais de entrega. Os tokens de entrada pertencem aos caminhos, e n\u00e3o aos canais, facilitando a compreens\u00e3o de qual fonte externa tem permiss\u00e3o para enviar eventos a uma equipe espec\u00edfica.    <\/p>\n<p>No IncidentRelay, \u00e9 suportada a recep\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos do Prometheus Alertmanager, Grafana Alerting, Zabbix, Sentry, LibreNMS, RMON, AWS SNS\/CloudWatch e webhook variados. Para o envio de notifica\u00e7\u00f5es, s\u00e3o disponibilizados canais como Mattermost, Slack, Telegram, Discord, Microsoft Teams, email, webhooks, push de navegador\/PWA e provedores de chamadas de voz. No Mattermost e Telegram, as notifica\u00e7\u00f5es podem conter a\u00e7\u00f5es para confirma\u00e7\u00e3o e resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas, o que permite lidar com o incidente sem precisar acessar um interface separado.    <\/p>\n<p>O projeto pode ser executado via Docker Compose, pacote RPM para distribui\u00e7\u00f5es semelhantes ao Red Hat, manualmente atrav\u00e9s do systemd, al\u00e9m de no Kubernetes com a ajuda do Helm chart.
