Todo o novo c\u00f3digo <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/das-labor\/neopg\">\u00e9 disponibilizado<\/a><\/noindex> \u00e9 licenciado sob a licen\u00e7a permissiva BSD em vez da GPLv3. <\/p>\n<p>Entre as mudan\u00e7as, destaca-se a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para o sistema de constru\u00e7\u00e3o cmake, a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do Libgcrypt pela biblioteca <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/randombit\/botan\">Botan<\/a><\/noindex>, a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos analisadores embutidos e do c\u00f3digo para trabalhar com BD pelo libcurl e SQLite. No NeoPG, a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de processos de fundo gpg-agent, dirmngr (Directory Manager) e scdaemon (Smart Card Daemon) de longa dura\u00e7\u00e3o foi encerrada, em seu lugar, s\u00e3o executados manipuladores auxiliares \u00fanicos, que s\u00e3o finalizados logo ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da tarefa.<\/p>\n<p>A funcionalidade principal do NeoPG \u00e9 implementada na forma da biblioteca libneopg, que pode ser utilizada em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de terceiros. Sobre a libneopg, foi desenvolvido um interface de linha de comando, na qual as utilidades diversas do GnuPG (gpg, gpgsm, gpgconf, gpgv, gpgtar, etc.) foram integradas em um \u00fanico arquivo execut\u00e1vel neopg, com subcomandos em estilo Git e suporte para sa\u00edda colorida. No comando 'neopg gpg2' foi implementada uma camada para garantir compatibilidade com o GnuPG 2. <\/p>\n<p>Na nova vers\u00e3o, foi melhorada a compatibilidade com a utilidade gpg2 \u2014 se o gpg2 for um link r\u00edgido para o neopg, a camada de compatibilidade para comandos com o GnuPG 2 \u00e9 aplicada automaticamente. Adicionada uma nova comando 'packet dump'. Suporte para o Ubuntu 18.04 foi garantido. Melhorias nos scripts de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Cmake foram feitas. Em vez de boost::format, foi utilizada a biblioteca fmtlib.
