Com o PSI, os manipuladores no espa\u00e7o do usu\u00e1rio podem avaliar de forma mais precisa o n\u00edvel de carga do sistema e a natureza da lentid\u00e3o, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a m\u00e9dia de carga;\n<li class=\"l\"> Para cgroup2, foi inclu\u00eddo o controlador de recursos cpuset, que fornece um mecanismo para restringir a aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de tarefas em n\u00f3s de mem\u00f3ria e CPU NUMA, permitindo o uso apenas dos recursos definidos para o grupo de tarefas por meio da interface do pseudo-FS cpuset;\n<li class=\"l\"> Foi implementado o framework ktask para paralelizar tarefas no n\u00facleo que consomem recursos significativos de CPU.
