Voc\u00ea ir\u00e1 trabalhar em um projeto SRE, o mais pr\u00f3ximo poss\u00edvel das condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 em m\u00e3os um projeto funcional e trabalhar\u00e1 com ele em tempo real. Espera-se que voc\u00ea enfrente uma tarefa t\u00edpica de SRE: trabalhar com c\u00f3digo desconhecido, problemas de sincroniza\u00e7\u00e3o em sistemas distribu\u00eddos, e dificuldades de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com colegas.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea enfrentar\u00e1 falhas n\u00e3o triviais do sistema, retiradas da vida real. (Ouvimos ocasionalmente dos palestrantes: \u201cColegas, pe\u00e7o desculpas, nos pr\u00f3ximos dois dias n\u00e3o poderei participar das reuni\u00f5es, mas surgiu um excelente caso para nosso programa\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" name=\"habracut\"><\/a><\/noindex><\/p>\n<p>Os incidentes se desenvolver\u00e3o rapidamente, considerando que cada segundo \u00e9 lucro perdido para nossa empresa de treinamento.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Dividiremos os participantes em equipes. Cada equipe ter\u00e1 um mentor, um dos palestrantes do curso. Cada equipe ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por seu backend. \u00c0 medida que os incidentes se desenrolam, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio organizar o trabalho dentro da equipe e interagir com as outras equipes. Jogamos para pontuar: os ju\u00edzes ir\u00e3o adicionar e remover pontos para que a equipe veja qu\u00e3o adequados e eficazes s\u00e3o seus atos. No final, anunciaremos o vencedor.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s cada incidente, haver\u00e1 uma revis\u00e3o, onde identificaremos e corrigiremos problemas sist\u00eamicos nos processos. Os mentores acompanhar\u00e3o a ades\u00e3o \u00e0 cultura blameless dos p\u00f3s-mortems. Por aqui, a abordagem blameless ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 muito disseminada, mas \u00e9 uma das chaves para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do SRE e DevOps.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Esperamos, em tr\u00eas dias, alcan\u00e7ar uma mudan\u00e7a global de paradigmas: ensinar voc\u00ea a pensar como um engenheiro SRE e ver o projeto sob a perspectiva de um engenheiro SRE.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Para participar, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio um laptop, fones de ouvido e conhecimento b\u00e1sico de Kubernetes.
