Em 20% dos casos, os usu\u00e1rios n\u00e3o conseguiram passar pela confirma\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o obtiveram acesso \u00e0s suas senhas salvas. Duas principais raz\u00f5es foram identificadas como prov\u00e1veis fontes dos problemas encontrados:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> O usu\u00e1rio pode n\u00e3o lembrar ou n\u00e3o saber sua senha do sistema, pois est\u00e1 usando uma sess\u00e3o com entrada autom\u00e1tica.\n<li class=\"l\"> Devido \u00e0 explica\u00e7\u00e3o insuficientemente clara na caixa de di\u00e1logo, o usu\u00e1rio n\u00e3o entende que precisa inserir a senha do sistema e tenta inserir a senha da conta do Firefox, utilizada para sincronizar configura\u00e7\u00f5es entre dispositivos.\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esperava-se que a autentica\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema protegesse as credenciais de olhares curiosos ao deixar o computador desatendido, caso a senha mestra n\u00e3o esteja configurada no navegador. Na pr\u00e1tica, muitos usu\u00e1rios n\u00e3o conseguiram acessar suas senhas salvas. Os desenvolvedores desligaram temporariamente o novo recurso e planejam revisar sua implementa\u00e7\u00e3o.
