Sob a gest\u00e3o do NGINX Unit, v\u00e1rias aplica\u00e7\u00f5es em diferentes linguagens de programa\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser executadas simultaneamente, com par\u00e2metros de execu\u00e7\u00e3o que podem ser alterados dinamicamente sem a necessidade de editar arquivos de configura\u00e7\u00e3o e reiniciar. O c\u00f3digo \u00e9 escrito em C e <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/nginx\/unit\">\u00e9 distribu\u00eddo<\/a><\/noindex> sob a licen\u00e7a Apache 2.0. As caracter\u00edsticas do NGINX Unit podem ser conhecidas em <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=48434\">an\u00fancio<\/a><\/noindex> do primeiro lan\u00e7amento. <\/p>\n<p>Na nova vers\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Foi implementado o modo de isolamento \u201c<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/unit.nginx.org\/configuration\/#process-isolation\">rootfs<\/a><\/noindex>\u201d para restringir o acesso do aplicativo apenas a uma parte espec\u00edfica do sistema de arquivos. Para alterar a raiz do sistema de arquivos vis\u00edvel para o aplicativo, utiliza-se a chamada pivot_root(), que, ao contr\u00e1rio da chamada de sistema insegura chroot(), n\u00e3o apenas desloca a raiz do sistema de arquivos, mas usa isolamento em n\u00edvel de namespace, semelhante ao que \u00e9 usado em cont\u00eaineres.
