Com o JPype, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel utilizar bibliotecas espec\u00edficas de Java, criando aplica\u00e7\u00f5es h\u00edbridas que combinam c\u00f3digo em Java e Python. Ao contr\u00e1rio do Jython, a integra\u00e7\u00e3o com Java n\u00e3o \u00e9 feita atrav\u00e9s da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma vers\u00e3o do Python para a JVM, mas atrav\u00e9s de intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre as duas m\u00e1quinas virtuais, utilizando mem\u00f3ria compartilhada. A abordagem proposta permite n\u00e3o apenas um bom desempenho, mas tamb\u00e9m acesso a todas as bibliotecas do CPython e do Java. O c\u00f3digo do projeto <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/jpype-project\/jpype\/\">\u00e9 distribu\u00eddo<\/a><\/noindex> est\u00e3o sob a licen\u00e7a Apache 2.0.<\/p>\n<p>Principais mudan\u00e7as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> A chamada de m\u00e9todos agora inclui um cache que evita a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de sobrecargas, o que reduz significativamente o impacto na performance da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e9todos, especialmente quando a mesma sobrecarga \u00e9 chamada v\u00e1rias vezes, como durante loops.\n<li class=\"l\"> A transmiss\u00e3o de listas, tuplas e buffers para arrays de primitivos Java foi acelerada de 4 a 100 vezes, dependendo do tipo de dados. As threads em segundo plano (chamada proxy) agora podem manter a JVM aberta at\u00e9 serem finalizadas. As chamadas Proxy lidar\u00e3o com o shutdown at\u00e9 que a chamada esteja conclu\u00edda, mas receber\u00e3o uma mensagem de interrup\u00e7\u00e3o. Os arquivos agora s\u00e3o fechados corretamente e os dados s\u00e3o gravados no disco (flush), se as threads lidarem com a exce\u00e7\u00e3o adequadamente. Ganchos de limpeza de recursos e finalizadores s\u00e3o executados. Ao gerar threads, os ganchos AtExit s\u00e3o chamados. O anexo autom\u00e1tico de threads ao usar a JVM a partir do Python \u00e9 feito atrav\u00e9s de um daemon. C\u00f3digos err\u00f4neos que n\u00e3o conseguem processar a limpeza da thread corretamente provavelmente ficar\u00e3o presos durante a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do shutdown. A documenta\u00e7\u00e3o adicional est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no guia do usu\u00e1rio.\n<li class=\"l\"> O wrapper para Throwable estava recebendo um wrapper para Object em vez do resultado esperado, o que causava convers\u00f5es estranhas de classes Python.\n<li class=\"l\"> Corrigidos erros de digita\u00e7\u00e3o no sistema de importa\u00e7\u00e3o que levaram \u00e0 exibi\u00e7\u00e3o do erro &#8216;&#187;jname&#187; not found&#8217;.\n<li class=\"l\"> Garantido o correto encaminhamento de &#171;^C&#187; em KeyboardInterrupt.\n<li class=\"l\"> Resolvido um problema com caracteres no Python 3.5.3. PySlice_Unpack foi introduzido na vers\u00e3o de patch subsequente (3.5.4) e n\u00e3o deveria ser utilizado.\n<li class=\"l\"> Resolvido um erro com numpy.linalg.inv que causa falhas. O problema foi rastreado at\u00e9 a intera\u00e7\u00e3o de threads entre a JVM e algumas variantes do numpy.
