GitHub anunciou<\/a><\/noindex> sobre a disponibilidade para todos os usu\u00e1rios do servi\u00e7o An\u00e1lise de c\u00f3digo<\/a><\/noindex>, que anteriormente era oferecido apenas aos participantes de um programa restrito de testes de novos recursos experimentais. O servi\u00e7o oferece<\/a><\/noindex> verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de cada opera\u00e7\u00e3o «git push» em busca de potenciais vulnerabilidades. O resultado \u00e9 anexado diretamente ao pull request. A verifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 realizada usando o mecanismo CodeQL<\/a><\/noindex>, que analisa padr\u00f5es com exemplos t\u00edpicos de c\u00f3digo vulner\u00e1vel (o CodeQL permite criar um padr\u00e3o de c\u00f3digo vulner\u00e1vel para identificar a presen\u00e7a de vulnerabilidades semelhantes no c\u00f3digo de outros projetos). <\/p>\n

Durante o per\u00edodo de teste beta do servi\u00e7o, aproximadamente 12 mil reposit\u00f3rios foram analisados, revelando mais de 20 mil problemas de seguran\u00e7a, entre os quais estavam problemas graves que levavam \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o remota de c\u00f3digo e \u00e0 inje\u00e7\u00e3o de SQL. 72% dos problemas encontrados foram identificados na fase de revis\u00e3o do pull request, antes de sua aceita\u00e7\u00e3o, e corrigidos em menos de 30 dias (em compara\u00e7\u00e3o, a estat\u00edstica geral da ind\u00fastria mostra que apenas 30% das vulnerabilidades s\u00e3o resolvidas em menos de um m\u00eas ap\u00f3s a descoberta).<\/p>\n
