Organiza\u021bia OISF (Open Information Security Foundation) a publicat versiuni corective ale sistemului de detectare \u0219i prevenire a intruziunilor \u00een re\u021bea Suricata 6.0.3 \u0219i 5.0.7, \u00een care a fost remediat\u0103 vulnerabilitatea CVE-2021-35063, care are un nivel critic de periculozitate. Problema permite ocolirea tuturor analizatoarelor \u0219i verific\u0103rilor Suricata. <\/p>\n

Vulnerabilitatea este cauzat\u0103 de dezactivarea analiz\u0103rii fluxului pentru pachetele cu valoare ACK nenul\u0103, dar f\u0103r\u0103 bitul ACK setat, ceea ce permitea ini\u021bierea unei sesiuni TCP cu un pachet SYN cu ACK nenul, sco\u021b\u00e2nd astfel \u00eentreaga conexiune TCP din domeniul de verificare \u00een Suricata. Pachetele de acest tip erau recunoscute \u00een Suricata ca fiind eronate, iar procesatoarele returnau un cod de eroare f\u0103r\u0103 a analiza con\u021binutul.
