Informa\u021biile despre atacul GoDaddy, unul dintre cei mai mari registratori de domenii \u0219i furnizori de servicii de hosting, au fost divulgate. Pe 17 noiembrie, au fost descoperite dovezi ale accesului neautorizat la serverele care asigur\u0103 g\u0103zduirea pe baza platformei WordPress (care ofer\u0103 medii WordPress preg\u0103tite de furnizor). Analiza incidentului a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 ter\u021bii au ob\u021binut acces la sistemul de gestionare a g\u0103zduirii WordPress printr-o parol\u0103 compromis\u0103 a unui angajat \u0219i au folosit o vulnerabilitate ned_patch-at\u0103 \u00eentr-un sistem dep\u0103\u0219it pentru a accesa informa\u021bii confiden\u021biale despre 1,2 milioane de utilizatori activi \u0219i neactivi ai g\u0103zduirii WordPress. <\/p>\n

Datele despre numele de conturi \u0219i parolele utilizate de clien\u021bi \u00een baza de date \u0219i SFTP; parolele administratorului fiec\u0103rui exemplu de WordPress, stabilite la crearea ini\u021bial\u0103 a mediu de g\u0103zduire; cheile \u00eenchise SSL<\/a>- ale unor utilizatori activi; adresele de email \u0219i numerele de telefon ale clien\u021bilor, care ar fi putut fi folosite pentru phishing. Se remarc\u0103 faptul c\u0103 atacatorii au avut acces la infrastructur\u0103 \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 6 septembrie.
