Programul sus\u021bine specifica\u021bia NTPv4 (RFC 5905) \u0219i protocolul NTS (Network Time Security), care folose\u0219te elemente din infrastructura cu cheie public\u0103 (PKI) \u0219i permite aplicarea TLS \u0219i cript\u0103rii autentificate AEAD (Authenticated Encryption with Associated Data) pentru protec\u021bia criptografic\u0103 a sincroniz\u0103rii timpului. Codul este scris \u00een limbajul C \u0219i este distribuit sub licen\u021ba GPLv2.    <\/p>\n<p>Pentru ob\u021binerea datelor despre timpul precis pot fi utilizate at\u00e2t servere NTP externe, c\u00e2t \u0219i ceasuri de referin\u021b\u0103, de exemplu, pe baz\u0103 de receptoare GPS, utilizarea c\u0103rora poate atinge o precizie de ordinul microsecundelor. Proiectul a fost conceput ini\u021bial pentru a func\u021biona corect \u00een medii instabile, inclusiv re\u021bele nesigure cu \u00eentreruperi de conexiune, \u00eent\u00e2rzieri mari \u0219i pierderi de pachete, func\u021bion\u00e2nd \u00een <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/ro\/vps\/abuzoustojchivye-vps\/\"   title=\"virtu\u00e1lne ma\u0161ini\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"4260\">virtu\u00e1lne ma\u0161ini<\/a> sisteme cu regimul de temperatur\u0103 variabil (func\u021bionarea ceasurilor hardware este influen\u021bat\u0103 de temperatur\u0103).    <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen noua versiune:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> A fost ad\u0103ugat\u0103 suport experimental pentru un c\u00e2mp care extinde capacit\u0103\u021bile protocolului NTPv4 \u0219i care este folosit pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi stabilitatea sincroniz\u0103rii, precum \u0219i pentru a reduce \u00eent\u00e2rzierile \u0219i dispersia valorilor.\n<li class=\"l\"> A fost ad\u0103ugat\u0103 suport experimental pentru transmiterea NTP peste protocolul PTP (Precision Time Protocol).\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00cen implementarea NTS a fost ad\u0103ugat suport pentru algoritmul de criptare AES-CMAC \u0219i posibilitatea utiliz\u0103rii func\u021biilor hash din GnuTLS.\n<li class=\"l\"> Func\u021bionarea modului de alternare a fost \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u0103 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/ro\/server\/\"   title=\"servere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1621\">servere<\/a> pentru a spori fiabilitatea. \u00cen raportul serverstats a fost ad\u0103ugat\u0103 statistica referitoare la modul de alternare.\n<li class=\"l\"> A fost \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u0103 suportul pentru mai mul\u021bi clien\u021bi printr-un singur translator de adrese (NAT).\n<li class=\"l\"> Filtrul apelurilor sistemului bazat pe mecanismul seccomp a fost actualizat.\n<li class=\"l\"> Suportul pentru sistemul de operare Solaris a fost transferat pentru utilizarea ca referin\u021b\u0103 a proiectului Illumos, care continu\u0103 dezvoltarea nucleului, stivei de re\u021bea, sistemelor de fi\u0219iere, driverelor, bibliotecilor \u0219i setului de utilitare de baz\u0103 OpenSolaris.
