Codul este scris \u00een Shell, nu necesit\u0103 dependen\u021be externe pentru a func\u021biona \u0219i este distribuit sub licen\u021ba BSD.     <\/p>\n<p>Pentru gestionarea containerelor, este oferit un interfa\u021b\u0103 de linie de comand\u0103 bastille, care permite crearea \u0219i actualizarea mediilor Jail pe baza versiunii alese de FreeBSD \u0219i executarea unor opera\u021biuni cu containere, cum ar fi pornirea\/oprirea, construirea, clonarea, importul\/exportul, conversia, modificarea set\u0103rilor, gestionarea accesului la re\u021bea \u0219i stabilirea limit\u0103rilor de consum de resurse. Se accept\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urarea \u00een containere a mediilor Linux (Ubuntu \u0219i Debian), executate folosind Linuxulator. Din func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bile avansate se sus\u021bine executarea comenzilor tipice simultan \u00een mai multe containere, \u0219abloane imbricate, instantanee \u0219i backup. Parti\u021bia r\u0103d\u0103cin\u0103 \u00een container este montat\u0103 \u00een modul doar citire.    <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen repository sunt oferite aproximativ 60 de \u0219abloane pentru desf\u0103\u0219urarea rapid\u0103 a containerelor pentru aplica\u021bii tipice, \u00een care sunt prezentate programele pentru <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/ro\/server\/\"   title=\"servere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1633\">servere<\/a> (nginx, mysql, wordpress, asterisk, redis, postfix, elasticsearch, salt etc.), dezvoltatori (gitea, gitlab, jenkins, python, php, perl, ruby, rust, go, node.js, openjdk) \u0219i utilizatori (firefox, chromium). Se sus\u021bine crearea de stive de containere, permi\u021b\u00e2nd utilizarea unui \u0219ablon \u00een altul. Mediul pentru desf\u0103\u0219urarea containerelor poate fi creat at\u00e2t pe hardware fizic <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/ro\/server\/dts-gdansk\/\"   title=\"servere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"4534\">servere<\/a> sau pl\u0103ci Raspberry Pi, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een medii cloud AWS EC2, Vultr \u0219i DigitalOcean.      <\/p>\n<p>Proiectul este dezvoltat de Christer Edwards de la SaltStack, care, printre altele, \u00eentre\u021bine pachetele cu sistemul de gestionare centralizat\u0103 a configura\u021biei Salt pentru FreeBSD.
