Problema apare \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu kernelul Linux 5.4 \u0219i afecteaz\u0103 GPU-urile Intel integrate \u0219i discrete de genera\u021bia 12, inclusiv familiile Tiger Lake, Rocket Lake, Alder Lake, DG1, Raptor Lake, DG2, Arctic Sound \u0219i Meteor Lake.      <\/p>\n<p>Problema este cauzat\u0103 de o eroare logic\u0103, care face ca driverul grafic s\u0103 reseteze incorect buffer-ele TLB din partea GPU pe anumite echipamente. \u00cen anumite cazuri, resetarea TLB nu a avut loc deloc. Resetarea incorect\u0103 a bufferelor TLB poate permite accesul procesului prin intermediul GPU-ului la paginile de memorie fizic\u0103 care nu apar\u021bin acestui proces, ceea ce poate fi utilizat pentru a citi datele altora sau pentru a corupe memoria \u00een procese str\u0103ine. Nu s-a stabilit deocamdat\u0103 dac\u0103 vulnerabilitatea poate fi utilizat\u0103 pentru a viza coruperea memoriei la adrese dorite.<br \/>\n<br \/>Sursa: <a content=\"nofollow\" rel=\"nofollow\"
