O implementare a variantei Hangover pentru arhitectura RISC-V este \u00een curs de dezvoltare. Lansarea se bazeaz\u0103 pe codul surs\u0103 Wine 9.0, aspect reflectat \u00een num\u0103rul versiunii. Proiectul este distribuit sub licen\u021ba LGPL-2.1.    <\/p>\n<p>Proiectul permite ob\u021binerea unei performan\u021be vizibil mai ridicate comparativ cu rularea Wine \u00een \u00eentregime \u00een modul de emulare, deoarece utilizarea Hangover face ca emulatoarele s\u0103 fie aplicate doar pentru executarea codului aplica\u021biei, toate apelurile de sistem, bibliotecile \u0219i componentele Wine fiind executate \u00een afara emulatorului, \u00een execu\u021bie nativ\u0103 pentru platforma curent\u0103 (Hangover \u00eentrerupe lan\u021bul de emulare la nivelul apelurilor c\u0103tre win32 \u0219i wine). \u00cen stratul de emulare pot fi utilizate emulatoare QEMU, FEX \u0219i Box64, \u00een func\u021bie de preferin\u021bele utilizatorului. A fost \u00eenceput\u0103, dar nu finalizat\u0103, munca de suport pentru emulatorul Blink.    <\/p>\n<p>Printre modific\u0103rile din versiunea 9.0:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> A fost implementat\u0103 posibilitatea de a utiliza QEMU \u00eempreun\u0103 cu stratul WoW64 disponibil \u00een Wine (Windows-on-Windows pe 64 de bi\u021bi), permi\u021b\u00e2nd rularea aplica\u021biilor Windows pe 32 de bi\u021bi \u00een sisteme Unix pe 64 de bi\u021bi. Comparativ cu Wine, Wine Staging ofer\u0103 505 patch-uri suplimentare. \u00cen noua versiune Wine Staging, a fost realizat\u0103 sincronizarea cu baza de cod Wine 9.0 \u0219i a fost actualizat
