Distribu\u021bia ofer\u0103 un installer simplu, care permite configurarea rapid\u0103 a unui sistem de operare, f\u0103r\u0103 a necesita recompilarea componentelor din surse. Utilizatorii au la dispozi\u021bie un repository cu pachete binare gata de utilizare, \u00eenso\u021bit de un ciclu continuu de actualiz\u0103ri (model rolling). Pentru gestionarea pachetelor este utilizat managerul de pachete propriu, sisyphus.
