Re\u021beaua este construit\u0103 \u00een modul P2P \u0219i se formeaz\u0103 datorit\u0103 resurselor (l\u0103\u021bimii de band\u0103) oferite de utilizatorii re\u021belei, ceea ce permite evitarea serverelor gestionate centralizat (comunic\u0103rile din re\u021bea se bazeaz\u0103 pe utilizarea tunelurilor criptate unidirec\u021bionale \u00eentre participan\u021bi \u0219i peer-uri).    <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen re\u021beaua I2P, se pot crea site-uri web \u0219i bloguri \u00een mod anonim, se pot trimite mesaje instantanee \u0219i e-mailuri, se pot partaja fi\u0219iere \u0219i se pot organiza re\u021bele P2P. Pentru construirea \u0219i utilizarea re\u021belelor anonime pentru aplica\u021bii client-server (site-uri, chat-uri) \u0219i P2P (partajare de fi\u0219iere, criptomonede), se utilizeaz\u0103 clien\u021bi I2P. Clientul I2P de baz\u0103 este scris \u00een Java \u0219i poate func\u021biona pe o gam\u0103 larg\u0103 de platforme, precum Windows, Linux, macOS, Solaris etc. I2pd este o implementare independent\u0103 a clientului I2P \u00een C++ \u0219i este distribuit sub o licen\u021b\u0103 BSD modificat\u0103.    <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen noua versiune:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00cen clientul BitTorrent i2psnark a fost implementat suportul pentru c\u0103utarea fi\u0219ierelor torrent.
