De asemenea, se men\u021bioneaz\u0103 imposibilitatea de a garanta respectarea cerin\u021belor de licen\u021biere \u00een codul generat prin instrumente AI. Codul generat de AI poate fi considerat ca o lucrare derivat\u0103 a codului care a fost utilizat pentru antrenarea modelului \u0219i este distribuit sub anumite licen\u021be.\n<p>De exemplu, atunci c\u00e2nd un model este antrenat pe cod cu o licen\u021b\u0103 care necesit\u0103 notificarea autorului (atribuire), \u00een codul furnizat de instrumentele AI aceast\u0103 cerin\u021b\u0103 nu este respectat\u0103, ceea ce poate fi v\u0103zut ca o \u00eenc\u0103lcare a majorit\u0103\u021bii licen\u021belor deschise, cum ar fi GPL, MIT \u0219i Apache. \u00eenlocuirea asisten\u021bei cu robo\u021bi, \u0219i extinderea oportunit\u0103\u021bilor pentru spam \u0219i fraud\u0103.      <\/ul>\n<p>\u00cen anun\u021b se men\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103 noua cerin\u021b\u0103 poate fi anulat\u0103 selectiv pentru instrumentele AI pentru care se va dovedi absen\u021ba problemelor legate de drepturile de autor, calitate \u0219i etic\u0103.<br \/>\n<br
