Codul proiectului este livrat sub licen\u021ba NPSL (Nmap Public Source License), bazat\u0103 pe licen\u021ba GPLv2, care este completat\u0103 cu recomand\u0103ri (nu cerin\u021be) pentru utilizarea programului de licen\u021biere OEM \u0219i achizi\u021bionarea unei licen\u021be comerciale, dac\u0103 produc\u0103torul nu dore\u0219te s\u0103 fac\u0103 public codul produsului s\u0103u conform cerin\u021belor licen\u021bei copyleft sau inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 integreze Nmap \u00een produse care nu sunt compatibile cu GPL.     <\/p>\n<p>Condi\u021biile licen\u021bei NPSL se aplic\u0103 doar p\u0103r\u021bilor care au acceptat licen\u021ba \u00een schimbul ob\u021binerii de drepturi speciale, cum ar fi dreptul de redistribu\u021bie a Nmap. \u00cen acest sens, partea implicat\u0103 poate face tot ce este necesar conform legilor dreptului de autor, cum ar fi utilizarea corect\u0103, iar dezvoltatorii Nmap nu vor \u00eencerca s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 control asupra lucr\u0103rii lor.                 <\/p>\n<p>Modific\u0103ri principale:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Au fost ad\u0103ugate peste 2500 de identificatoare pentru versiunile aplica\u021biilor \u0219i serviciilor, iar dimensiunea total\u0103 a bazei de date a identificatoarelor a atins 12089 de \u00eenregistr\u0103ri. Num\u0103rul protocoalelor identificate a crescut de la 1237 la 1246. Printre altele, a fost ad\u0103ugat\u0103 suportul pentru protocoalele grpc, mysqlx, essnet, remotemouse \u0219i tuya.\n<li class=\"l\"> Au fost ad\u0103ugate 336 de identificatoare pentru sisteme de operare. Num\u0103rul total de versiuni de SO identificate a ajuns la 6036. S-au asigurat identficarea versiunilor iOS 15 \u0219i 16, macOS 12 \u0219i 13, nucleul Linux 6.1, OpenBSD 7.1 \u0219i lwIP 2.2.\n<li class=\"l\"> Au fost incluse 4 scripturi NSE noi pentru asigurarea automatelor pentru diverse ac\u021biuni cu Nmap. Noile scripturi au fost preg\u0103tite de comunitatea DINA \u0219i sunt destinate trimiterii de solicit\u0103ri c\u0103tre diferite controlere industriale:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> hartip-info \u2014 solicitare de informa\u021bii utiliz\u00e2nd protocolul Highway Addressable Remote Transducer.\n<li class=\"l\"> iec61850-mms \u2014 trimiterea cererilor conform Manufacturing Message Specification.\n<li class=\"l\">  multicast-profinet-discovery \u2014 trimiterea mesajelor multicast \u201ePROFINET DCP Identify All\u201d \u0219i afi\u0219area r\u0103spunsului.\n<li class=\"l\"> profinet-cm-lookup \u2014 trimiterea cererilor c\u0103tre handlerii DCERPC prin serviciul PNIO-CM.  <\/ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00cen edi\u021biile finale au fost actualizate versiunile Lua 5.4.6, libpcre2 10.43, zlib 1.3.1, libssh2 1.11.0 \u0219i liblinear 2.47.\n<li class=\"l\"> Pentru crearea pachetelor cu Zenmap \u0219i Ndiff au fost utilizate uneltele setuptools, \u00een loc de distutils.\n<li class=\"l\"> A fost \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit codul de potrivire a semn\u0103turilor pentru identificarea sistemelor de operare, sintaxa nmap-os-db a fost modificat\u0103 pentru a sprijini intervale \u00een liniile cu op\u021biuni TCP.\n<li class=\"l\"> Motorul de detectare a sistemelor de operare a fost \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit, acum la fiecare \u00eencercare repetat\u0103, num\u0103rul portului de re\u021bea ini\u021bial se schimb\u0103.\n<li class=\"l\"> Motorul de scanare a porturilor beneficiaz\u0103 de anumite optimiz\u0103ri bazate pe rezultatele
