\u00cen principal, implementarea limbajului de programare R, orientat spre solu\u021bionarea problemelor de prelucrare statistic\u0103, analiz\u0103 \u0219i vizualizare a datelor, a identificat o vulnerabilitate critic\u0103 (CVE-2024-27322) care duce la executarea codului \u00een urma deserializ\u0103rii datelor nesecurizate. Vulnerabilitatea poate fi exploatat\u0103 \u00een timpul proces\u0103rii fi\u0219ierelor special concepute \u00een formatele RDS (R Data Serialization) \u0219i RDX, utilizate pentru schimbul de date \u00eentre aplica\u021bii. Problema a fost rezolvat\u0103 \u00een versiunea R 4.4.0. Pute\u021bi urm\u0103ri lans\u0103rile actualiz\u0103rilor pachetelor \u00een distribu\u021biile Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL, SUSE\/openSUSE, Fedora, Arch, FreeBSD. <\/p>\n

Vulnerabilitatea este cauzat\u0103 de particularit\u0103\u021bile func\u021biei readRDS, utilizat\u0103 pentru \u00eenc\u0103rcarea fi\u0219ierelor \u00een formatele RDS \u0219i RDX, care permit transmiterea obiectelor R serializate pentru prelucrare pe un alt sistem. Serializarea permite fixarea unui anumit stadiu \u0219i schimbul de seturi de date \u00eentre programe. Formatul RDS permite stocarea st\u0103rii unui singur obiect, iar formatul RDX, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu fi\u0219ierele RDB, permite transmiterea informa\u021biilor despre mai multe obiecte. Problema este legat\u0103 de faptul c\u0103 formatul RDS accept\u0103 codul de obiect PROMSXP, asociat tipului Promise, care este utilizat pentru a defini expresii invocate \u00een mod asincron \u00een timpul utiliz\u0103rii valorilor asociate. <\/p>\n

\u00cen timpul deserializ\u0103rii, pentru a determina obiectul Promise, se utilizeaz\u0103 trei componente \u2014 valoarea Promise, expresia \u0219i mediul. Dac\u0103 pentru tipul Promise nu este specificat\u0103 o valoare calculat\u0103 \u00een prealabil, aceasta este calculat\u0103 \u00een timpul deserializ\u0103rii prin execu\u021bia expresiei folosind func\u021bia \u201eeval\u201d.
