Pachetele de instalare sunt disponibile pentru arhitecturile i386, x86_64 \u0219i pentru pl\u0103cile Raspberry Pi 1-4. Codul proiectului este distribuit sub licen\u021ba MIT.       <\/p>\n<p>Printre caracteristicile 9front se num\u0103r\u0103 implementarea unor mecanisme suplimentare de securitate, extinderea suportului hardware, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea func\u021bion\u0103rii \u00een re\u021bele wireless, ad\u0103ugarea de noi sisteme de fi\u0219iere, implementarea unei subsisteme audio \u0219i a encoder-elor\/decoder-elor pentru formatele audio, suport pentru USB, crearea browser-ului web Mothra, \u00eenlocuirea loader-ului \u0219i a sistemului de ini\u021bializare, aplicarea <a href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/ro\/ssl-sertifikat\/gogetssl-multi-domain\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"3317\">criptarea datelor<\/a> pe disc, suport pentru Unicode, disponibilitatea unui emulator de mod real, suport pentru arhitectura AMD64 \u0219i adresare pe 64 de bi\u021bi.      <\/p>\n<p>Ideea principal\u0103 a Plan 9 este legat\u0103 de eliminarea diferen\u021belor \u00eentre resursele locale \u0219i cele de la distan\u021b\u0103. Sistemul reprezint\u0103 un mediu distribuit bazat pe trei principii fundamentale: toate resursele pot fi considerate un set ierarhic de fi\u0219iere; nu exist\u0103 diferen\u021be \u00een accesul la resursele locale \u0219i externe; fiecare proces are propriul spa\u021biu de nume variabil. Protocolul 9P este utilizat pentru a crea o ierarhie unificat\u0103 de fi\u0219iere-resurse distribuite.       <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen noua versiune:   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> A fost propus un nou driver Ext4srv cu implementarea sistemului de fi\u0219iere Ext4, care a \u00eenlocuit driver-ul anterior utilizat cu FS Ext2.\n<li class=\"l\"> A fost extins suportul pentru adaptoare audio cu interfa\u021b\u0103 USB.
