Pre\u0219edintele organiza\u021biei C++ Alliance a anun\u021bat ini\u021bierea lucr\u0103rilor la o specifica\u021bie care adaug\u0103 \u00een limbajul C++ extensii pentru o gestionare sigur\u0103 a memoriei, asem\u0103n\u0103toare cu func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bile implementate \u00een limbajul Rust. Pentru realizarea proiectului a fost implicat Sean Baxter, autorul compilatorului experimental C++ Circle, care dezvolt\u0103 idei pentru cre\u0219terea siguran\u021bei codului C++, implementate la nivelul compilatorului f\u0103r\u0103 utilizarea colect\u0103rii de gunoi. \u00cen cadrul proiectului, Sean a publicat un document cu analiza aplicabilit\u0103\u021bii diferitelor m\u0103suri de protec\u021bie propuse \u00een Rust, evalu\u00e2nd posibilitatea implement\u0103rii acestora pentru C++ \u0219i propun\u00e2nd extensii pentru limbajul C++ care s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 siguran\u021ba codului. <\/p>\n
