Versiunile Vivaldi sunt disponibile pentru Linux, Windows \u0219i macOS. Modific\u0103rile aduse codului surs\u0103 Chromium sunt distribuite sub o licen\u021b\u0103 deschis\u0103. Interfa\u021ba browserului este dezvoltat\u0103 \u00een JavaScript, utiliz\u00e2nd biblioteca React, platforma Node.js, Browserify \u0219i diverse module NPM gata preg\u0103tite. Implementarea interfe\u021bei este disponibil\u0103 \u00een cod surs\u0103, dar sub o licen\u021b\u0103 proprietar\u0103.         <\/p>\n<p>Browserul se dezvolt\u0103 datorit\u0103 fostelor echipe de dezvoltatori Opera Presto \u0219i are ca obiectiv crearea unui browser personalizabil \u0219i func\u021bional, care s\u0103 protejeze confiden\u021bialitatea datelor utilizatorilor. Printre func\u021biile principale se num\u0103r\u0103 un blocator de urm\u0103rire \u0219i publicitate, manageri de note, istoric \u0219i favorite, mod privat de navigare, sincronizare, protec\u021bie prin criptare end-to-end, mod de grupare a taburilor, un panou lateral, un configurator cu multe set\u0103ri, mod de vizualizare orizontal\u0103 a taburilor, precum \u0219i un client de email integrat, cititor de RSS \u0219i calendar, disponibil \u00een mod de testare.    <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen noua versiune au fost efectuate aproximativ 120 de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri, printre care:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Un nou design al interfe\u021bei: modific\u0103rile au vizat at\u00e2t aspectul elementelor, c\u00e2t \u0219i setul de pictograme standard.
