Se afirm\u0103 c\u0103 regulile, care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie aprobate p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului, au ca scop protejarea intereselor comunit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i integritatea limbajului de programare Rust, precum \u0219i prevenirea abuzurilor \u0219i tentativelor de a prezenta dezvolt\u0103rile externe ca parte a proiectului de baz\u0103.       <\/p>\n<p>Observa\u021biile \u0219i sugestiile pentru noile reguli vor fi acceptate p\u00e2n\u0103 pe 20 noiembrie. Printre cele mai semnificative schimb\u0103ri fa\u021b\u0103 de prima variant\u0103 a proiectului se num\u0103r\u0103:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Restric\u021bia utiliz\u0103rii cuvintelor \u201erust\u201d \u0219i \u201ecargo\u201d \u00een numele pachetelor a fost eliminat\u0103. Prefixele \u201erust-\u201d \u0219i \u201ecargo-\u201d nu mai sunt considerate rezervate pentru proiectul Rust.\n<li class=\"l\"> Marca comercial\u0103 Rust nu limiteaz\u0103 utilizarea cuv\u00e2ntului \u201eRust\u201d \u00een sens general, ci acoper\u0103 doar domeniile legate de produsele sau serviciile asociate cu limbajul Rust.\n<li class=\"l\"> Este permis\u0103 modificarea culorii logo-ului proiectului.\n<li class=\"l\"> Reprezentan\u021bii comunit\u0103\u021bii au voie s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 m\u0103rcile comerciale ale proiectului Rust pe produsele fabricate \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi limitate.\n<li class=\"l\"> Organiza\u021bia nu inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 cheltuie resurse pentru a identifica singur\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rile regulilor de c\u0103tre
