Dup\u0103 7 ani de la publicarea ultimei actualiz\u0103ri semnificative, a fost lansat\u0103 versiunea 2.0 a proiectului GSmartControl, care dezvolt\u0103 o interfa\u021b\u0103 grafic\u0103 pentru instrumentele smartmontools, permi\u021b\u00e2nd monitorizarea st\u0103rii unit\u0103\u021bilor care suport\u0103 tehnologia S.M.A.R.T.
