definesc baza pentru utilizarea, dezvoltarea \u0219i distribuirea codului surs\u0103 deschis \u00een \u00eentreaga organiza\u021bie.    <\/p>\n<p>Principiile propuse:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Deschis \u00een mod implicit: Software-ul deschis ca abordare standard pentru proiecte.\n<li class=\"l\"> Contribu\u021bia la cauza comun\u0103: Se \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 participarea activ\u0103 \u00een ecosistemul software-ului deschis.\n<li class=\"l\"> Accent ini\u021bial pe securitate (sigur prin design): Prioritatea securit\u0103\u021bii \u00een toate proiectele de dezvoltare software.\n<li class=\"l\"> Incluziune \u0219i diversitate: Construirea unei comunit\u0103\u021bi accesibile pentru participarea oric\u0103ror persoane, indiferent de ras\u0103, gen, cultur\u0103, na\u021bionalitate, abilit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i credin\u021be.\n<li class=\"l\"> G\u00e2ndire pentru reutilizare: Proiectele trebuie s\u0103 fie create av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere compatibilitatea cu
