Codul MPV este distribuit sub licen\u021ba LGPLv2.1+, iar unele p\u0103r\u021bi r\u0103m\u00e2n sub GPLv2, dar procesul de tranzi\u021bie la LGPL este aproape finalizat \u0219i pentru a dezactiva codul r\u0103mas sub GPL se poate utiliza op\u021biunea &#171;&#8212;enable-lgpl&#187;.    <\/p>\n<p>Printre modific\u0103rile din noua versiune:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Pe platforma Linux, suportul pentru gama dinamic\u0103 extins\u0103 (HDR) este implementat prin utilizarea DRM (Direct Rendering Manager) sau dmabuf-wayland.\n<li class=\"l\"> Consolei i s-a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit stilul vizual \u0219i func\u021bionarea complet\u0103rii automate a intr\u0103rii.\n<li class=\"l\"> Interfa\u021ba grafic\u0103 integrat\u0103 OSC (On Screen Controller) a fost extins\u0103 cu un nou meniu de selec\u021bie a elementelor, care este afi\u0219at la clic dreapta.\n<li class=\"l\"> Pentru scripturi a fost ad\u0103ugat atributul clipboard, care permite accesul la clipboard.\n<li class=\"l\"> A fost ad\u0103ugat un nou meniu pentru acces rapid la ac\u021biuni de rutin\u0103.\n<li class=\"l\"> Scriptul select.lua a fost extins cu suport pentru navigarea \u00een istoricul vizion\u0103rilor, revizuirile \u0219i materialele \u00eenregistrate pe DVD\/Blu-Ray.\n<li class=\"l\"> Streamingul Blu-ray, DVD \u0219i CDDA a fost \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit.\n<li class=\"l\"> Selectarea pieselor \u0219i afi\u0219area metadatelor au fost \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bite.\n<li class=\"l\"> Au fost ad\u0103ugate profiluri
