Clientul Telega folose\u0219te codul original al clientului Android Telegram, distribuit sub licen\u021ba GPLv2, dar nu dezv\u0103luie modific\u0103rile aduse, \u00een contradic\u021bie cu cerin\u021bele licen\u021bei.    <\/p>\n<p>Concluzia referitoare la posibilitatea intercept\u0103rii traficului utilizatorilor este bazat\u0103 pe c\u00e2teva descoperiri tehnice identificate dup\u0103 decompilarea pachetului APK, analiza bibliotecilor \u0219i examinarea apelurilor de re\u021bea:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Client Telega redirects traffic through its own infrastructure: upon startup, it connects to the address api.telega.info\/v1\/dc-proxy and receives a JSON list of 'data centers' that replace the official Telegram addresses. This effectively forces the client to establish connections not with the original <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/ro\/server\/dts-dusseldorf\/\" title=\"servers\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">servers<\/a>, ci prin proxy-ul Telega. Un astfel de comportament poate fi explicat prin \u00eencercarea de a evita bloc\u0103rile accesului direct la serverele Telegram.
