Codul proiectului este scris \u00een C++ \u0219i este distribuit sub licen\u021ba GPLv2.      <\/p>\n<p>VitruvianOS folose\u0219te componente de utilizator din sistemul de operare Haiku. \u00cen locul managerelor de feronerie X11 \u0219i compozitorilor <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/ro\/server\/\" title=\"servere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">servere<\/a> Wayland pentru ie\u0219irea grafic\u0103 \u00een VitruvianOS utilizeaz\u0103 app_server \u2014 un server grafic din Haiku, adaptat pentru a func\u021biona pe Linux KMS\/DRM. Ca toolkit grafic, este folosit\u0103 implementarea Interface Kit din Haiku. \u00cen loc de systemd, se preconizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een viitor va fi utilizat sistemul de ini\u021bializare janus_daemon, care va func\u021biona ca launch_daemon \u00een Haiku.      <\/p>\n<p>Pentru implementarea celei mai mari p\u0103r\u021bi din BeAPI se folose\u0219te o versiune proprie a bibliotecii libroot, care \u00eenglobeaz\u0103 multe func\u021bii non-standard Haiku\/BeOS pe Linux, oferind astfel posibilitatea de a rula aplica\u021bii \u0219i de a utiliza componente de nivel \u00eenalt ale Haiku OS pe un nucleu standard Linux.
