FreeNginx se pozi\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca un proiect non-profit, care asigur\u0103 dezvoltarea bazei de cod Nginx f\u0103r\u0103 interven\u021bii corporative. Codul FreeNginx continu\u0103 s\u0103 fie livrat sub licen\u021ba BSD. Noua versiune asigur\u0103 compatibilitatea cu OpenSSL 4.0.
