D7VK func\u021bioneaz\u0103 prin transla\u021bia apelurilor \u00een API Vulkan \u0219i permite, cu ajutorul Wine, rularea pe Linux a jocurilor retro legate de API-urile Direct3D 3, 5, 6 \u0219i 7. Codul proiectului este scris \u00een limbajul C++ \u0219i este distribuit sub licen\u021ba Zlib.
