Scripturile pot fi folosite pentru a defini o logic\u0103 de procesare a cererilor extins\u0103, generarea dinamic\u0103 a configura\u021biei, generarea dinamic\u0103 a r\u0103spunsurilor, modificarea cererii\/r\u0103spunsului sau crearea rapid\u0103 de stub-uri pentru rezolvarea problemelor \u00een aplica\u021biile web. Codul proiectului este scris \u00een C \u0219i este distribuit sub licen\u021ba BSD.      <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen versiunea njs 1.0.1 au fost corectate trei vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bi: suprascrierea buffer-ului \u00een func\u021bia xml.exclusiveC14n (CVE-2026-78689), acces necontrolat prin js_access (CVE-2026-18329) \u0219i apelarea finaliz\u0103rii abrupte a procesului de lucru prin manipularea
