Compania Siemens a anun\u021bat \u00eencetarea dezvolt\u0103rii OpenRadioss sub forma unui proiect deschis \u0219i a transformat-o \u00eentr-un produs proprietar. Repositorul OpenRadioss a fost eliminat de pe GitHub, iar site-ul openradioss.org redirec\u021bioneaz\u0103 acum utilizatorii c\u0103tre o pagin\u0103 cu informa\u021bii despre \u00eenchiderea proiectului. Companiilor interesate de continuarea utiliz\u0103rii OpenRadioss li se ofer\u0103 posibilitatea de a trece la produsul proprietar Simcenter Radioss, iar pentru cercet\u0103tori, oameni de \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i parteneri din industrie a fost lansat\u0103 programul Simcenter Radioss R&D Program (SCRDP), care permite accesul la codul platformei printr-un acord special. <\/p>\n

Codul este scris \u00een principal \u00een Fortran \u0219i suport\u0103 operare pe Linux \u0219i Windows.
