Motivele pot fi diverse - sabotaj din partea competitorilor, ac\u021biuni politice, dorin\u021ba de a se distra sau de a se impune. Un hacker preia controlul unei re\u021bele de bot \u0219i genereaz\u0103 pe server o \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tur\u0103 care \u00eempiedic\u0103 acestuia s\u0103 serveasc\u0103 utilizatorii. De pe fiecare computer, pachete de date sunt trimise c\u0103tre server, sper\u00e2nd c\u0103 acesta nu va face fa\u021b\u0103 fluxului \u0219i va e\u0219ua.<\/p>\n<p>Ca urmare, vizitatorii nu pot accesa site-ul, \u00eencrederea lor este pierdut\u0103, iar motoarele de c\u0103utare scad site-ul \u00een rezultatele c\u0103ut\u0103rii.
