A fost anun\u021bat migrarea complet\u0103, principalele motive fiind suportul limitat pentru hardware \u0219i disponibilitatea slab\u0103 a pachetelor de programe \u00een FreeBSD.<\/p>\n

Se promite o suport mai bun pentru GPU, pl\u0103ci de sunet, streaming, re\u021bele wireless, va fi implementat suport pentru Bluetooth, actualiz\u0103ri constante, \u00eenc\u0103rcare rapid\u0103, suport pentru Hybrid EFI\/Legacy.<\/p>\n

Printre motivele trecerii la Void se num\u0103r\u0103 runit (impresiona\u021bi de viteza \u0219i simplitatea sistemului de ini\u021bializare), LibreSSL ca implicit, disponibilitatea suportului musl \u0219i libc \u0219i un manager de pachete rapid, xbps.<\/p>\n

Trident-stable, care se bazeaz\u0103 pe FreeBSD 12, va continua s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 actualiz\u0103ri p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een ianuarie 2020, iar repozitoarele sale vor fi \u0219terse \u00een aprilie 2020.
