Din cauza unei erori \u00een acest subsistem, contorul conexiunilor TCP active nu se reduce \u00een anumite condi\u021bii, ceea ce duce la o divergen\u021b\u0103 cresc\u00e2nd\u0103 \u00eentre valoarea sa \u0219i num\u0103rul real de conexiuni. Dup\u0103 un timp, valoarea contorului poate atinge limita stabilit\u0103 pentru conexiunile client \u0219i noi cereri TCP nu vor mai fi acceptate (cererile UDP vor fi procesate \u00een continuare). <\/p>\n

Problema se manifest\u0103 \u00een principal pe serverele care accept\u0103 conexiuni TCP de la clien\u021bi pe mai multe interfe\u021be de re\u021bea simultan.

Ca solu\u021bie temporar\u0103, se poate stabili o limit\u0103 pentru num\u0103rul de conexiuni (op\u021biunea tcp-clients) la o valoare foarte mare. \u00cen afar\u0103 de BIND 9.16, problema afecteaz\u0103 \u0219i ramura experimental\u0103 9.15, \u00eencep\u00e2nd din versiunea 9.15.6, dar aceast\u0103 ramur\u0103 este utilizat\u0103 ini\u021bial doar pentru dezvoltare \u0219i nu este destinat\u0103 implement\u0103rii pe servere de produc\u021bie.<\/p>\n
