Proiectul ofer\u0103 o bibliotec\u0103 pentru integrarea suportului RDP \u00een aplica\u021bii externe \u0219i un client care poate fi utilizat pentru conectarea la desktopul Windows. Codul proiectului <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/FreeRDP\/FreeRDP\/\">se r\u0103sp\u00e2nde\u0219te<\/a><\/noindex> sub licen\u021ba Apache 2.0. <\/p>\n<p>Ultima versiune stabil\u0103 a proiectului a fost <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/pub.freerdp.com\/releases\/\">a fost format<\/a><\/noindex> \u00een ianuarie 2013, iar testarea ramurii 2.0 a \u00eenceput \u00een 2007. Pentru a nu \u00eent\u00e2rzie dezvoltarea, urm\u0103toarele versiuni vor evolua \u00eentr-un cadru<br \/>\nmodele rolling, care implic\u0103 formarea anual\u0103 a unei versiuni semnificative dup\u0103 stabilizarea ramurii master \u0219i publicarea periodic\u0103 a actualiz\u0103rilor corective.
