Publicate<\/a><\/noindex> versiuni corective ale sistemului de gestionare distribuit\u0103 a codului surs\u0103 Git 2.26.1, 2.25.3, 2.24.2, 2.23.2, 2.22.3, 2.21.2, 2.20.3, 2.19.4, 2.18.3 \u0219i 2.17.4, \u00een care a fost remediat\u0103 vulnerabilitatea<\/a><\/noindex> (CVE-2020-5260<\/a><\/noindex>) \u00een handler-ul «credential.helper<\/a><\/noindex>«, care duce la trimiterea datelor de autentificare c\u0103tre un alt host atunci c\u00e2nd clientul git acceseaz\u0103 un repo printr-un URL menit, care con\u021bine un caracter de nou\u0103 linie. Vulnerabilitatea poate fi folosit\u0103 pentru a trimite informa\u021bii de autentificare de la un alt host c\u0103tre un server controlat de atacator. <\/p>\n

Atunci c\u00e2nd se indic\u0103 un URL de tip «https:\/\/evil.com?host=github.com\/», handler-ul de date de autentificare, atunci c\u00e2nd se conecteaz\u0103 la host-ul evil.com, va transmite parametrii de autentificare seta\u021bi pentru github.com. Problema apare la executarea unor opera\u021biuni precum «git clone», inclusiv la procesarea URL-urilor pentru submodule (de exemplu, atunci c\u00e2nd se execut\u0103 «git submodule update», URL-urile definite \u00een fi\u0219ierul .gitmodules al repo-ului vor fi procesate automat). Vulnerabilitatea prezint\u0103 un risc mai mare \u00een situa\u021biile \u00een care dezvoltatorul cloneaz\u0103 un repo f\u0103r\u0103 a vedea URL-ul, cum ar fi lucr\u00e2nd cu submodule, sau \u00een sisteme care efectueaz\u0103 ac\u021biuni automate, cum ar fi scripturile de construire a pachetelor.<\/p>\n

Pentru a bloca vulnerabilitatea \u00een noile versiuni este interzis\u0103<\/a><\/noindex> transmiterea caracterului de linie nou\u0103 \u00een orice valori transmise prin protocolul de schimb de date de autentificare. Pentru distribu\u021bii, actualiz\u0103rile pachetelor pot fi urm\u0103rite pe paginile Debian<\/a><\/noindex>, Ubuntu<\/a><\/noindex>, RHEL<\/a><\/noindex>, SUSE\/openSUSE<\/a><\/noindex>, Fedora<\/a><\/noindex>, Arch<\/a><\/noindex>, FreeBSD<\/a><\/noindex>.<\/p>\n

Ca o solu\u021bie alternativ\u0103 pentru blocarea problemei se recomand\u0103<\/a><\/noindex> nu folosi credential.helper c\u00e2nd accesezi repozitorii publice \u0219i nu aplica «git clone» \u00een modul «—recurse-submodules» cu repozitorii neverificate. Pentru a dezactiva complet handler-ul credential.helper, care execut\u0103 salvarea<\/a><\/noindex> \u0219i extragerea parolelor din cache<\/a><\/noindex>, protejat de un stocare<\/a><\/noindex> sau un fi\u0219ier cu parole, se pot utiliza comenzile:<\/p>\n
