Regolith se bazeaz\u0103 pe tehnologiile de gestionare a sesiunilor GNOME \u0219i pe managerul de feronamente <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/i3wm.org\/\">i3<\/a><\/noindex>. Lucr\u0103rile proiectului <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/regolith-linux\">sunt distribuite<\/a><\/noindex> sunt sub licen\u021ba GPLv3. Pentru desc\u0103rcare <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/regolith-linux.org\/download\/\">preg\u0103tit<\/a><\/noindex> at\u00e2t variantele gata preg\u0103tite <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/regolith-linux\/regolith-desktop\/releases\/tag\/R1.4\">imagine ISO<\/a><\/noindex> Ubuntu 20.04 cu Regolith preinstalat, c\u00e2t \u0219i <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/~regolith-linux\">pachetele PPA<\/a><\/noindex> pentru Ubuntu 18.04 \u0219i 20.04.<\/p>\n<p>Proiectul se pozi\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca un mediu de desktop modern, dezvoltat pentru a permite \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea rapid\u0103 a ac\u021biunilor comune prin optimizarea fluxurilor de lucru \u0219i eliminarea dezordinii inutile. Scopul este de a oferi o interfa\u021b\u0103 func\u021bional\u0103, dar minimalist\u0103, care poate fi personalizat\u0103 \u0219i extins\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de preferin\u021bele utilizatorului. Regolith poate fi de interes pentru \u00eencep\u0103tori, obi\u0219nui\u021bi cu sistemele tradi\u021bionale de feronamente, dar dornici s\u0103 \u00eencerce metodele de aranjare a feronamentelor \u00een stil mozaic.<\/p>\n<p><center><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/regolith-linux.org\/regolith-screenshot-intro.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Lansarea desktop-ului Regolith 1.4\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/7fc4e5de32e96e409b093dff02a02cdb.png\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/a><\/noindex><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Caracteristicile Regolith:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Suport pentru taste rapide, similar cu managerul de feronamente i3wm, pentru gestionarea aranj\u0103rii mozaice (tiling) a feronamentelor.<br \/>\n<center><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/regolith-linux.org\/screenshot-terminals.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Lansarea desktop-ului Regolith 1.4\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/f5d300aeec54a5123d0fafc0b53fe7af.png\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/a><\/noindex><\/center><\/p>\n<li class=\"l\"> Pentru gestionarea feronamentelor este folosit <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/Airblader\/i3\">i3-gaps<\/a><\/noindex>, un fork extins al i3wm. Panelele sunt construite folosind i3bar, iar pentru rularea scripturilor de automatizare se utilizeaz\u0103 i3xrocks bazat pe i3blocks.\n<li class=\"l\"> Gestionarea sesiunilor se bazeaz\u0103 pe managerul de sesiune din gnome-flashback \u0219i gdm3.
