Problemele au fost clasificate cu cel mai \u00eenalt nivel de severitate (9.8 din 10 CVSS), deoarece vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bile permit unui atacator neautentificat, prin re\u021bea, s\u0103 acceseze func\u021biile de gestionare la distan\u021b\u0103 a echipamentului prin trimiterea de pachete IPv6 special concepute. Problema apare doar atunci c\u00e2nd suportul pentru accesul IPv6 este activat \u00een AMT, care este dezactivat \u00een mod implicit. Vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bile au fost remediate \u00een actualiz\u0103rile de firmware 11.8.77, 11.12.77, 11.22.77 \u0219i 12.0.64. <\/p>\n<p>Amintim c\u0103 cipurile moderne Intel sunt dotate cu un microprocesor management Engine separat, care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 independent de CPU \u0219i sistemul de operare. Pe Management Engine sunt preluate sarcinile care trebuie separate de OS, cum ar fi procesarea con\u021binutului protejat (DRM), implement\u0103rile modulelor TPM (Trusted Platform Module) \u0219i interfe\u021bele de baz\u0103 pentru monitorizarea \u0219i gestionarea echipamentului. Interfa\u021ba AMT permite accesul la func\u021biile de gestionare a aliment\u0103rii, monitorizarea traficului, modificarea set\u0103rilor BIOS, actualizarea firmware-ului, \u0219tergerea discurilor, pornirea de la distan\u021b\u0103 a unui nou sistem de operare (simul\u00e2nd un dispozitiv USB de pe care se poate porni), redirec\u021bionarea consolei (Serial Over LAN \u0219i <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/ro\/vps\/abuzoustojchivye-vps\/\"   title=\"KVM\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"4377\">KVM<\/a> prin
