Sistemul este destinat solu\u021bion\u0103rii unor astfel de sarcini, cum ar fi asigurarea func\u021bion\u0103rii serviciului de suport tehnic (help desk), gestionarea r\u0103spunsurilor la solicit\u0103rile clien\u021bilor (apeluri telefonice, email), coordonarea furniz\u0103rii serviciilor IT corporative, gestionarea cererilor \u00een serviciul de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri \u0219i \u00een departamentele financiare.
