Vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bile apar doar atunci c\u00e2nd PowerDNS este compilat cu suport pentru GSS-TSIG (&#171;&#8212;enable-experimental-gss-tsig&#187;, care nu este utilizat \u00een mod implicit) \u0219i pot fi exploatate prin trimiterea unui pachet de re\u021bea special format. Vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bile CVE-2020-24696 \u0219i CVE-2020-24698, cauzate de condi\u021bii de concuren\u021b\u0103 \u0219i eliber\u0103ri duble de memorie (double-free), pot conduce la pr\u0103bu\u0219irea sau executarea codului atacatorului la procesarea cererilor cu semn\u0103turi GSS-TSIG incorect formulate. Vulnerabilitatea CVE-2020-24697 se limiteaz\u0103 la o \u00eentrerupere a serviciului. Deoarece codul GSS-TSIG nu a fost utilizat \u00een mod implicit, inclusiv \u00een pachetele distribu\u021biilor, \u0219i con\u021bine poten\u021bial alte probleme, s-a decis eliminarea sa complet\u0103 \u00een versiunea PowerDNS Authoritative 4.4.0.<\/p>\n<p><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.powerdns.com\/authoritative\/security-advisories\/powerdns-advisory-2020-05.html\">CVE-2020-17482<\/a><\/noindex> poate duce la scurgeri de informa\u021bii din memoria neini\u021bializat\u0103 a procesului, dar se manifest\u0103 doar atunci c\u00e2nd cererile sunt procesate de utilizatori autentifica\u021bi care au capacitatea de a ad\u0103uga noi
