ScummVM este un program care permite rularea anumitor aventuri \u0219i jocuri de tip quest dac\u0103 ave\u021bi fi\u0219ierele de date ale acestor jocuri. Esen\u021ba este c\u0103 ScummVM \u00eenlocuie\u0219te fi\u0219ierele executabile ale jocurilor, permi\u021b\u00e2ndu-v\u0103 s\u0103 juca\u021bi pe sistemele care nici m\u0103car nu existau \u00een timpul cre\u0103rii lor!<\/p>\n

ScummVM suport\u0103 peste 250 de jocuri de quest \u0219i aventuri. Multe dintre aceste jocuri clasice au fost publicate de studiouri legendare, precum LucasArts, Sierra On-Line, Revolution Software, Cyan, Inc. \u0219i Westwood Studios. \u00cempreun\u0103 cu jocuri celebre, cum ar fi Monkey Island, Broken Sword, Myst, Blade Runner \u0219i multe altele, ve\u021bi putea descoperi aventuri mai pu\u021bin cunoscute \u0219i adev\u0103rate capodopere ascunse.

Din cauza volumul limitat de memorie RAM al dispozitivelor, fi\u0219ierul executabil monolit a fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit \u00een 4 p\u0103r\u021bi. ScummVM porne\u0219te garantat, dar rularea jocurilor nu este garantat\u0103, cu excep\u021bia Blade Runner \u0219i Ultima 8.
