Protocolul QUIC (Quick UDP Internet Connections) este dezvoltat de Google din 2013 ca o alternativ\u0103 la combina\u021bia TCP+TLS pentru Web, rezolv\u00e2nd problemele de timp de stabilire \u0219i negociere a conexiunilor \u00een TCP \u0219i elimin\u00e2nd \u00eent\u00e2rzierile \u00een cazul pierderii pachetelor \u00een timpul transmisiei de date.
