Au fost formate noi imagini de boot pentru distribu\u021bia Void Linux, care este un proiect de sine st\u0103t\u0103tor, f\u0103r\u0103 utilizarea resurselor altor distribu\u021bii \u0219i dezvoltat\u0103 printr-un ciclu continuu de actualizare a versiunilor software (actualiz\u0103ri rolling, f\u0103r\u0103 lans\u0103ri separate de distribu\u021bie). Versiunile anterioare au fost publicate \u00een 2019. \u00cen plus fa\u021b\u0103 de apari\u021bia imaginilor de boot actualizate bazate pe o t\u0103ietur\u0103 mai recent\u0103 a sistemului, actualizarea nu aduce modific\u0103ri func\u021bionale, iar utilizarea lor are sens doar pentru instala\u021bii noi (pentru sistemele deja instalate, actualiz\u0103rile pachetelor sunt livrate pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce devin disponibile). <\/p>\n

Pentru platformele x86_64, i686, armv6l, armv7l \u0219i aarch64 au fost preg\u0103tite imagini Live cu medii de lucru Enlightenment, Cinnamon, Mate, Xfce, LXDE \u0219i LXQt, precum \u0219i o versiune de consol\u0103. \u00cen versiunile pentru ARM sunt acceptate pl\u0103cile BeagleBone\/BeagleBone Black, Cubieboard 2, Odroid U2\/U3, RaspberryPi (ARMv6), RaspberryPi 2, RaspberryPi 3. Versiunile sunt disponibile \u00een variante bazate pe bibliotecile sistemului Glibc \u0219i Musl. Sistemele dezvoltate \u00een Void sunt distribuite sub licen\u021ba BSD. <\/p>\n

Distribu\u021bia utilizeaz\u0103 pentru ini\u021bializare \u0219i gestionarea serviciilor managerul de sistem runit.
