Wlroots zah\u0155\u0148a backendy na<br \/>\nabstrakciu pr\u00edstupu k obrazovke, vstupn\u00fdm zariadeniam, kreslenie bez priameho kontaktu s OpenGL, interakciu s KMS\/DRM, libinput, Wayland a X11 (poskytuje medzi\u010dl\u00e1nok pre spustenie aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed X11 na b\u00e1ze Xwayland).
