Za uporabo DXVK so potrebni gonilniki, ki podpirajo API Vulkan 1.1, kot so Mesa RADV 20.2, NVIDIA 415.22, Intel ANV 19.0 in AMDVLK. DXVK se lahko uporablja za zagon 3D aplikacij in iger v Linuxu s pomo\u010djo Wine, kot bolj zmogljiva alternativa vgrajenim implementacijam Direct3D 9\/10\/11 v Wine, ki delujejo na OpenGL.        <\/p>\n<p>Glavne spremembe:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Pri uporabi dxvk-nvapi, implementaciji NVAPI preko DXVK, je podprta tehnologija DLSS, ki omogo\u010da uporabo Tensor-jedrov grafi\u010dnih kartic NVIDIA za realisti\u010dno skaliranje slik z uporabo metod strojnega u\u010denja za pove\u010danje lo\u010dljivosti brez izgube kakovosti.\n<li class=\"l\"> Ob upo\u0161tevanju Vulkan raz\u0161iritve VK_EXT_robustness2 so bili optimizirani konstanti sen\u010dil D3D9 in odstranjene stare mo\u017enosti za igre, ki uporabljajo programsko obdelavo vertex.\n<li class=\"l\"> Dodana in vklju\u010dena je bila opcija za nekatere igre, ki zagotavlja natan\u010dnej\u0161o emulacijo vedenja D3D9 pri izra\u010dunih s plavajo\u010do vejico.
