Anonimnost u Tails-u obezbe\u0111uje Tor sistem. Sve veze, osim saobra\u0107aja kroz Tor mre\u017eu, po defaultu su blokirane paketnim filerom. Za \u010duvanje korisni\u010dkih podataka u re\u017eimu \u010duvanja podataka izme\u0111u pokretanja koristi se enkripcija. Tails 6.8 je bio prvo izdanje koje je formirano nakon najave o prelasku distribucije pod okrilje Tor projekta. Pripremljena je iso slika koja radi u Live re\u017eimu i ima veli\u010dinu od 1 GB.       <\/p>\n<p>V novi razli\u010dici:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> U slu\u010daju otkrivanja gre\u0161aka prilikom poku\u0161aja otklju\u010davanja trajnog skladi\u0161ta (Persistent Storage), sada se prikazuje dijalog koji nudi poku\u0161aj obnove integriteta datote\u010dnog sistema (fsck) ili pravljenje rezervne kopije particije. Za probleme koje nije mogu\u0107e automatski re\u0161iti, pripremljena je detaljna dokumentacija o otklanjanju gre\u0161aka u datote\u010dnom sistemu i obnavljanju podataka sa neispravne particije.
