Uporabni\u0161ko okolje Chrome OS je omejeno na spletni brskalnik, namesto standardnih programov pa se uporabljajo spletne aplikacije, kljub temu pa Chrome OS vklju\u010duje poln ve\u010dnamenski vmesnik, namizje in opravilno vrstico. Izpis na zaslon se izvaja s pomo\u010djo grafi\u010dnega sklada Freon (poteka delo na prehodu na uporabo Wayland) in upravitelja oken Aura. Izvorne kode se \u0161irijo pod prosto licenco Apache 2.0. Zbirka Chrome OS 135 je na voljo za ve\u010dino aktualnih modelov Chromebook. Za uporabo na obi\u010dajnih ra\u010dunalnikih je na voljo razli\u010dica Chrome OS Flex.       <\/p>\n<p>Glavne spremembe v Chrome OS 135:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> V ChromeOS Flex je uporabljen nov Bluetooth sklad, ki temelji na skladu Fluoride, prenesenem iz platforme Android in nadaljuje razvoj sklada BlueDroid podjetja Broadcom. Za vrnitev starega sklada je mogo\u010de uporabiti nastavitev chrome:\/\/flags\/#bluetooth-use-floss.\n<li class=\"l\"> V vmesnik za zagon programov (Launcher) je dodana mo\u017enost iskanja slik ne le po imenu datoteke, temve\u010d tudi po vsebini.\n<li class=\"l\">  Za mi\u0161ke z Bluetooth vmesnikom je vklju\u010den na\u010din hitrega parjenja (Fast Pair).
