Med drugim okvir ponuja orodja za razvoj z uporabo paradigme MVC (Model View Controller), plast za delo z bazami podatkov, zgrajen na osnovi Lucene iskalni mehanizem, komponente internacionalizacije (I18N) in API za overjanje. <\/p>\n<p>Projekt je bil prenesen pod okrilje Linux Foundation s strani podjetij Zend Technologies in Rogue Wave Software, ki sta prispevala najve\u010dji dele\u017e v njegovo razvoj. Linux Foundation se obravnava kot nevtralna platforma za nadaljnji razvoj Zend Frameworka, kar bo pomagalo privabiti nove udele\u017eence v razvoj. Sprememba imena je posledica \u017eelje po izogibanju povezavi s komercialno blagovno znamko Zend v korist pozicioniranja okvirja kot projekta, ki ga razvija skupnost. <\/p>\n<p>Za tehni\u010dne re\u0161itve v novem projektu bo odgovorna upravljajo\u010da komisija TSC (Technical Steering Committee), ki jo sestavljajo \u010dlani skupine Zend Framework Community Review Team. Pravne, organizacijske in finan\u010dne zadeve bo obravnaval nadzorni odbor (Governing Board), v katerega bodo vklju\u010deni predstavniki TSC in podjetja udele\u017eenci projekta. Razvoj bo potekal na GitHubu. Vse procese, povezane s prenosom projekta v Linux Foundation, naj bi zaklju\u010dili v tretjem ali \u010detrtem \u010detrtletju letos.<\/p>\n<p><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\"
